Mandarin Tease
Sparkling Rangpur Lime Punch
Refreshing Summer Orange Smoothie

Lemon Mint Tea Sparkler
 

Mandarin Tease
 
1 cup tea
1 cup Murcott mandarin juice, fresh squeezed
Mandarin zest
Mandarin peel for garnish
Fresh mint for garnish
 
Brew white, green or black tea for a pick-me-up or Chamomile for a relaxing version.
Mix with equal parts juice.
Serve on crushed ice.
Garnish with mandarin peel and fresh mint.

Sparkling Rangpur Lime Punch
 
1 cup Rangpur lime juice
¾ cup pineapple juice
2 cups sugar
2 cups water
1 liter sparkling water
Ice
 
When life gives you Rangpurs, freeze the juice in ice trays, then store cubes in freezer bags.
Frozen cubes make a great beverage base to add to ice tea or fruit punch.
Combine ingredients shown for a refreshing punch.

Refreshing Summer Orange Smoothie
 
2 cups Valencia orange juice
½ cup half & half
½ cup water
½ teaspoon vanilla
Sugar to taste
½ cup crushed ice
 
Combine ingredients in blender.
Blend until smooth.
Taste and adjust flavor by adding more sugar or vanilla.

Limequat-ade
 
1 cup water
¼ cup Eustis limequat juice
2 tablespoons sugar
 
Combine water and limequat juice with sugar and taste.
Add more sugar if desired.
Great mixed ½ & ½ with ice tea.

Light Limeade
 
1 Palestine Sweet lime
1 cup water
Sugar to taste
 
Squeeze juice from lime.
Blend with sugar and water.
Serve over ice.
Makes a light refreshing drink.
Or eat chilled fruit:
Slice off the stem end, pierce the core with a knife and squeeze or suck out the juice.

Lemon Mint Tea Sparkler
 
8 tea bags
4 cups water
1 Variegated Pink lemon, sliced thinly
Fresh mint sprig
4 cups 7-Up or sparkling water
 
Prepare tea.
Combine with ½ of lemon and a sprig of mint.
Cover and cool.
Remove tea bags and refrigerate.
Strain.
Mix with sparkling beverage.
Pour over crushed ice.
Garnish with mint and lemon slice.
